Need help with "seo" question on wordpress.

    I'm using wordpress i have all-in-one seo and i have question on pages vs categories, and should i have them indexed, right now i do have duplicate articles in different categories but i can fix that so they are each in one "category" or "page". But what is better to have cause i want my page to be indexed. I notice all-in-one seo doesnt offer category keywords but do for pages. Should i use pages or categories for best seo results.

    I personally have had better success with pages, but I'm guessing others may be different.

    use the pages for the best results and you might want to switch up the titles for the duplicate articles so they all get indexed.

    My recommendation is to use a different seo plugin - all in one seo pack is NOT high quality fyi
