Need Help With SEO/Optimization With My #1 Real Estate Blog

Hey guys. I own Homes of the Rich, one the most popular and oldest real estate blogs on the web. I started it 8 years ago and have grown it all by myself. We are partners with Robb Report and have had numerous high profile advertisers (Mercedes Benz, Sony, Aria Resorts, etc). Our current website value is over $1 million.

We currently only get 170,000 visitors per month and 1,500,000 page views per month. Given our age, popularity, advertisers and content I feel like we should be getting a lot more traffic. More traffic = a lot higher value

I need help with SEO/Optimization of the blog/website. Goal is to get 1,000,000+ visitors per month and 10,000,000+ page views.

    Thanks!

if your blog's content is of a high quality, reach out to smaller websites that link to articles and blogs worse than yours, and ask them to redirect their links to your site.

    Great blog mate, loved it

    1. see how you can improve your page load speed, google gives a huge impact to that factor nowadays ( no one wants to wait for a page to load )
    2. make sure your site is mobile friendly, latest google's update made it crucial, as almost 50% of users are on their iphone ( or other smartphone)
    3. reach-out to other related blogs and offer to write a guest post, if you need help with back linking shoot me a pm, I do charge for my services but its worth it especially if you're taking your site seriously

    Good luck bro

I believe SEO = Reader Engage Content + Backlinks + Social Media. I am just checking your social media status. I think you didn't care about your social media. As you mentioned you have 170,000 visitors/month, then why you didn't get a single comment when you post something in Facebook. Among your last 10 posts in Facebook, you have got only 6 posts who have comments. Comments are also not like that what that should be. I am guessing you are using Facebook paid service. I think that wont get you the result what you are looking for. Facebook could help you to reach your target customers but rest depends on you. How you are going to deal with them. So, take advantage of social media. At-least, give a like for those who make comments in your post. If you make reply for each them, that would be great. Please, have a look on the quicksprout, backlink and neilpatel. How they reply each of the comment. Hope that would help you to reach the goal what you are trying to achieve.

    Best of luck
