need help with redirect, again!!!

    Ok, I tried to use the redirect in GoDaddy's control-panel to redirect bourgy.com to bourgy.com/wordpress

    For some reason it didn't work, and I know it's not something I did wrong because I successfully did it with steupz.com

    So, my thing is this, I need another option. Can I use htaccess?
    I am not that familiar with it so be as detailed as possible. Thanks, i really want to get this working as soon as possible.
