Hello. I have been using a Red5 application called Visichat on my site. You can find more info here: http://www.gchats.com/products/24_visichat.html. I am having a terrible problem with it right now and I am willing to pay for the help. We have been running Visichat for a while just fine. I moved our site from a dedicated server from a VPS. When we finished the move my installation of Red5 was hosed and just gone. I re installed Red5 on our server and seem to have it working fine. No matter what I do however, I cannot get Visichat to work. When members login, they get an error "undefined" which is difficult for me to troubleshoot. What I am looking for is someone who may have some experience with Gchat/Visichat. If you are willing to try to figure out what is going on with our login issue, please contact me asap. We can negotiate on price, just wanting this done. The site I have that needs work is a NSFW site. It's not in your face, but the site does delve into adult themes, just want to saying that now in case it may be a factor. Thank you!!
Hi guys. I just want to give a big thanks to Hassan Khalid. We have had a site that is at least 10 years old. Big community site that I have moved from host to host. In most cases we would end up using up our resources after a while and would need a new server. I have been to at least 8 different hosts in my lifetime with this site and almost all of them have had really poor tech support. Last host I had a dedicated server on would take a week just to get back to me when I had tech questions. And most of the time I would need to fix any of my own site issues myself. Hassan from posypayhost.com really helped me out when I was in a jam. I told him about my chat program and red5 issues. While doing tech work on that he noticed how slow and insecure my chat server was and asked if I wanted to use the servers at his company. I DID NOT want to deal with a server move so I turned him down. He offered to move the site for me and fix the chat issues once the site was moved. And he kept his word. He spent at least 2-3 nights working on getting my site moved and set up on the new servers. Then was there on skype with me if I needed any questions answered or any additional help. Hassan and his staff have been nothing but super helpful to me and my site is now running on a server that is 10-20 times faster than my last server... for the same price I was paying before!! $120 bucks for a server running 48 gigs of RAM is an amazing deal and my site could not be in better hands. I plan to eventually move all of my sites here. The tech support answers me back on Skype fast, and I never have to feel like I need to handle my server issues alone. Thanks so much postpayhost.com.
