a client of mine wants me to create a website for her that automatically pulls listings from mls for around her area that she serves. how can this be done and what is the best way? any scripts or cms systems that will do this? any info would be greatly apprecaited
If she is a member of that mls service they will provide her with the necessary codes for you to embed into her pages. OTH, if she is not you are wasting your time.
