    I am new to ppc

I own a city restaurant site that has 21 different categories.

    French
    Mexican
    Greek
    etc

I selected 8 keywords for Italian and agreed to pay $.25 a click up to $10 a day

Then I selected 12 keywords for Mexican, but my Mexican ads are now showing up under Italian food.

I was asked how much I wanted to spend on Mexican and I said $.25 a click up to $5 a day.

I was expecting one amount per day for all my key words, but I see that's not how Google works.

I searched Google for the answer and also wrote Google adwords for advice, but they did not respond.

Any advice on how to do make sure my ads are displayed like I want would be greatly appreciated.

    Jim

Which ads company are you using here?? Just make sure you set a target for per click and the amount of target for a day.

Is it possible you have all you keywords in 1 ad group? Its sounds to me like you do. create a campaign set a daily budget for the campaign, the maximum amount you're willing to spend. then in that campaign create separate ad groups, one for each type of food you sell, then add you're keywords bids and ads accordingly.
