Okay i have got one scenario pretty stucked into it but i want someone to help me out of this shit, I have like 86$ in my paypopup which i earned through my site but i cant use it anymore coz my users dont want any sort of popups unless they moving out, now i am just 14$ away from 100$ payout and i have nothing to move it further.
