I have buy a vcc using my unverified paypal because silvercoin a member of DP here told me its ok. Right now I got this problem PayPal is constantly monitoring site activity and reviewing transactions. This payment has been selected for review and we have opened an investigation. I wonder if what should I do with this problem since am just new in paypal. Thanks a lot.
Did you sign up with fake info ? The problem with VCC's is that they completely defeat the purpose for which credit card verification was made. If you can provide the documents that they need, fax it to them. Or did you do something against their TOS ? Like exchanging e currencies and blatantly stating it in the subject ?
if you did something illegal, in the sense of using fake info, then thats it, the money is pretty much gone.. Why cant you open a legal one ?
Nope my info is all correct and real. I have known that silvercoin got some problems with his paypal so he can't received my payment. Anyway I wonder if I can still used my paypal. It has no limit accessed and still verified. It is not negative as well.
So what is the problem? If the account is active it will look normal if not there will surely be a warning message.

Is the account limited or it is still active ? Just contact paypal and ask them what you can do to comply.
if its limited, you will recieve a notification once you login, and in the home page , there will be a yellow box, saying that your account is limited.. if you dont have that, your account is ok
