    Guys please help me out

I had a client 2 months before who paid me using Paypal using his credit card. Now he has done chargeback after 2 months and I have an agreement signed from him that he will not do chargeback. But he did so I need to do something because he is using our files and dont want to pay for that because i m sure credit card company will return him his money because of all paypal stories and all

Now I have by mistake his ftp username and password so I want to delete files or something. But problem is that godaddy keeps backup for each and every day. I need some idea that I can make his website inactive. That website is very important to him and he is getting lot of clients from there so I need a way by which I can delete his files without backup and than he can remove chargeback and I return his files. Any suggestions?

Your asking people to tell you ways that you can break the law here, going onto someone's server to delete all the contents is against federal law and something that you can actually get sued for should you do it to the wrong person.

    As for this part:

Thats complete rubbish, unless he is hosted with godaddy they would not have anything in back up.
