    Hi Adam, it is more than likely because of the width you have applied to this element -

    #nav-product ul li a

    take the width off and it should be fine, or make sure the width isn't over the size of it's parent, remember that padding and margin are both included in the overall width.

    Nothing that I am changing as far as the width is moving the side car up. I have made the side bar smaller and even made the main item box 600 and still get the same result.

    I need help :(
