I am really having a problem with one page of my site in google. I have been trying to figure this problem out for about 1.5 - 2 years now. This problem has existed since the creation of the site. At first I thought I was sandboxed, but after 1.5 to 2 years I realized that was no longer the case.

My story is documented in a blog that I started. There are no advertisements or such on the blog (so please don't think I'm spamming for a link to the blog, the blog will be deleted once this problem is solved). I have posted on so many different forums about this problem that I thought I would just keep everything together at the blog site.

Please see the blog at http://whydoesgooglehateme.blogspot.com/

I would love to hear any comments regarding this issue if you think you can help. I've been on many seo forums with this issue and noone seems to have an answer.

    Thanks for the help!

I pulled the first keyword from your keyword meta tag and I was surprised to see that you actually do have a page one (#7) Google ranking for your top keyword: Jersey shore rentals - http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&...=&as_occt=any&cr=&as_nlo=&as_nhi=&safe=images

So then I plugged in your second keyword: wildwood nj rentals and found that your site is ranked at #24 in google: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&...=&as_occt=any&cr=&as_nlo=&as_nhi=&safe=images

Your query is strongly suspect at this point. Perhaps the point is to build momentum for natural links to your blog - individual webmasters creating links to your blog because it is an interesting story, and then later after those links are in place, you can change the copy to push your new link popularity to your real website...

If you are planning the bait-and-switch, I will tell you that it is a clever approach, but you should never start the process with an identifiable untruth... Once you have lost the credibility in your site, then no one will link to you, no matter how clever the idea.

Are you getting quality links or using your targeted keywords as anchor text?

I'm not sure where you see this.

The problem has nothing to do with links. The site had this problem when it only had 1 or 2 links. I also have similar sites with similar linking patterns which do not have this problem.
