I can't get the keyword tracker tool to work. I think it's simply beyond my capability. Is there anyone willing to assist me for an hourly fee paid via PayPal?
Can you post a screenshot of your settings? If you click on one of the keywords you have directly, does it pop up any sort of message?
I made changes based on the screenshot information. It now says N/A under "Ranking," where it was blank before. Perhaps it just takes time before the ranking show?
It should be right away if you click on one of your keywords. Does it show anything if you click on one?
It shows the bottom ten rankings (91-100) associated with that keyword, but my link (a youtube video) is not included.
I figured out that this is exclusive to YouTube videos. Other URLs work fine. Is there any reason for this in particular?
There's nothing on this end that does anything special for YouTube videos. I've seen Google change the URLs of YouTube videos in their results though... sometimes youtube.com and sometimes youtu.be for example. If it's an issue with the URL matching because Google is giving a different domain than what you are telling the Keyword Tracker to look for, you might just use the video ID as the "url" to track since that stays the same regardless of domain being presented/used in Google search results.
I have the same problem. Here is the screenshot of settings - https://prnt.sc/k1itni And here is the screenshot of SEMrush on which we can see that the keyword "3 day Masai mara safari from Nairobi" is on 19 position (on Google, USA) - https://prnt.sc/k1iw4a , but the Keyword Tracker don't show any result for this keyword as well as for other keywords - https://prnt.sc/k1ix6y What should I change?
I checked that keyword phrase manually and I went through the first 10 pages and that domain is nowhere to be seen when I search Google manually. Are you seeing it in position #19 yourself anywhere, or are you just relying on SEMRush? To me, it *not* being in the top 100 looks right to me at least when I search manually.
Thanks for the reply. This keyword may be a bad example. I just found my site in position #29 on Google for the keyword "3 days masai mara", but the tool doesn't show any result for it - https://prnt.sc/k4lbkf For other keywords too. How can it be that for so many keywords that ranked on Google and different tools shows them in top-30, Keyword Tracker Tool doesn't show any result? This is why I asked about my settings - maybe the problem is there. But I'm not sure, because there are not so many things to customize... What do you think? What should I change?
Do you get an error or anything when you click the keyword in the tracker (that forces it to look up individually in realtime, and will return any errors it might get)?
That error is coming from Google... double (triple) check your API key under your settings. Google thinks it's wrong.
