Need help with navigation

Hello all. I have been working on a compleat website makeover and trying to use a lot of information I have learned since the time I first made the site. Well I have been liking the way things are going but I have run into a road block. I need to figure out what is going to be the best type of navigation for the site.

I have thought about using flash buttons, simple graphics with rollover images, text links and a few other things. My graphic design skills do not exist. However I find my way around in Macromedia flash and photoshop. Can anyone give me some advice on what to do or what not to do?

    Thank you for your replies

    Hi,

Check the navigation system I made for this site:

    http://gokz.tv/

It is flash, reads entries from XML and controls an flv player and an mp3 player as well :) the site is still under construction so not everything works as intended, the navigation system is however working right.

Hmmm, thought I already replied to this. Hope I did not post the answer to this post in another post. (would not be the first time). That type of navigation is just what I have been looking for. I have been wanting a somewhat simple navigation on the top of my pages and I love the way yours works. Thanks for sharing.
