Need help with nav bar and other small edits

    I need someone to help me with my nav bar, I successfully made it but its not going over the webpage. Need someone other html edits as well..

    Willing to give a couple of bucks to who ever helps me.

    Not sure what the problem is exactly. If it's small then post the code and an image or demo of the issue.
