Need help with MYSQL error on forums ASAP. Will pay $$

I am having a slightly big vbulltien issue on my forums. The problem is that for unkown reasons the MSQL database keeps crashing for unknown reasons, screwing up my forum and causing important and giant threads to dissapear. (Not a VB problem anymore but a MYSQL issue).

On a linux virtual private server w/SSH access.

I need help ASAP.
