need help with my graphic for my avator

please can someone help me, i have a picture of myself i have shrunk it down to 80 x 80 in photoshop but says it is still to big, can someone help me get this right?

Make sure it is a .jpg or .gif and not bigger than 19.5kb in size.

 

.gif is better for avatars, they are always smaller.
