    In my opinion the best way to get traffic is to publish artilces and post your blog enties at social bookmarking sites.

    Well your site actually has a lot of potential. It could use some internal SEO, web design, etc. but nevertheless, it is a site and something that can already be profitable.

    Do a keyword search and see what keywords relate to your site (HID bulbs, xenon bulbs, car xenon lights, etc.) Put in some money to google adwords and bid on those keywords. do some nice tracking and find the keywords that have a good ROI.
