Need help with managed DNS records.

My problem began the day I bought managed DNS for my domain. :(

When I bought managed DNS, my domain's nameservers were changed to a predefined set of nameservers provided by my domain registrar.

Now, I don't understand where my hosting nameservers must be added. (Sorry if I sound naive.)

I added an A Record to the IP address of the nameserver of my host, but it is still not working. I don't know what else I must be doing. Please help.

You will need to contact your domain vendor to ask for their name servers. You will need to update to their dns, not yours, in order to use managed DNS service. Are they a reseller of ResellerClub right?

You need to update your registrar to the new name servers.

You will also need to make sure the site is setup via your control panel or manually do this through named.conf and httpd.conf

The whole point about buying managed DNS is not to change your DNS every time you switch hosts, all you need to get the IP of your new hosted site and plug it into the managed DNS, you still need to setup DNS on your local host if you are sharing the IP.

OK. To clear things up here: I have already contacted my domain registrar and used their Nameservers for the Managed DNS to function and it is functioning properly (cuz I have set up my MX entries for the mail and it works fine.)

My problem now is: I have my host's nameservers (ns1.myhost.com and ns2.myhost.com). Where do I enter them? I created an A entry for the IP address of my host's nameservers, but it did not work. What am I doing wrong here?

    Are ns1.myhost.com and ns2 valid?

Are they registered as NS'S at your registrar?

Yeah. They are fine. I double checked them.

At least could you give me the normal procedure for properly using the Managed DNS with what to do where? Cuz I don't know if I'm going wrong anywhere.

Thanks for the help. Sorry to put you through a lot more trouble. :-(
