need help with making upload on my website!

    hi, can anyone tell me/make an upload script for me to use.
    I want people to be abble to upload files to the webhost and immidiatly show on the website!
    and BTW can this even be done as i'm on shared webhosting, so do webhosts support this kind of feature?

    Firstly what kind of server are you running? Windows or Linux?

    What programming language are your websites in ? PHP, ASP etc etc

    PHP websites, i think the server is Unix
    The webhost also supports ASP and PHP 4.4.4 together!

    Not sure if that's possible (asp and php together) but PHP should be able to have write permissions (chmod your upload script and folder) then upload with php :)

    i'm know it's possible. I have seen websites using even Java scripts to do it.
