Buying Need Help with Magento Search; returning Integrity constraint violation

    I need help with Magento search, when a search is done it works, when its done a second time before cache is cleared, then it yields
    SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry '572-10' for key 'PRIMARY'
