Need help with link development & submission

    Hello Seniors and Mentors,

    I am new to the world of Freelancing.
    I have client. The client has started a new website.
    The website has some 500+ individual pages, which are to be submitted to link-submission sites.
    The client will provide me with details like, URL of the webpage. I will have the keywords for the page, key-phrases for the page. I have to submit them to sites like stumbleupon, diggit etc.

    My Question here is how much do I charge for each submission. The client says submission has to happen at atleast 3 locations.
    I may choose to submit all 500 at each or, choose randomly.

    The time available to complete task would be a working week (approx 45 hrs).

    Can someone help me with a range of quote. (minimum rate/submission to maximum rate/submission)
    Please friends help....this is important
