    Hey guys,

I'm setting up a landing page for a product I want to promote. I have tried 2 other products but failed to get any sales. But I don't want to give up.

I have a few questions that hopefully you guys can answer.

One, should I do a review style landing page about one product? Multiple products? Or something else?

Also, should I link from my page to the affiliates to Clickbank? Or would it be better to go straight from my page to Clickbank?

    Any tips will help,

    Thanks,

Rather than immediately jump to promoting a new product, learn from your "failures" so they're no longer seen as a "failure" but a success because you learned something new. Now that you know what not to do, you can produce new actions and therefore new results. ;)

So what was the main reason you didn't get the results you wanted?

Were you getting enough traffic to those pages? If not, maybe that's what you need to work on: targeted traffic generation.

Were you getting traffic to those pages but not converting? Make sure the traffic is targeted first. If it is targeted you may want to look at the product(s) you chose to promote. Maybe their offers just don't resonate with the target audience (poor research on the vendor's part).

If you're getting targeted traffic and you know the product you chose is a good one, then look at the landing page.

With the changes to the FTC guidelines - the part where you clearly have to state that you're making money if they purchase the product through your link - I think the best landing page is a simple squeeze page to build a list...

Develop a relationship with that list, so that when you say "if you buy through this link, I'll make some cash", it won't be a major turn off. Plus you'll be building an asset you can leverage in the future... do the work once, get paid over and over. :)

    Hope that helped.

It all depends on your traffic source.

Using PPC then you can hit them hard with one product as a pre sales letter, if you are grouping your keywords crorrectly then they will be expecting this.

If organic traffic then its best to use multiple products as people are pretty smart, but with a blog style with multiple products it looks more natural.

Here's an example of a high converting landing page ..

    http://www.dp-mall.com

Make a strong title, write a review/embed a call-to-action video and don't forget to make a strong call to action as well. Pay attention to your site's design as it matters ..
