    1.go to google keyword tool
    2.enter brain storm a quik keyword(s) related to your niche
    3.let google find keyword and keyphrase for you
    4.google will give you a long list
    5.when you find good keywords and keyphrase, go to google and type each one into quote, for example
    "latest treatement sand law"
    6.see how many resuluts google return
    7.keep keuwords/keyphrase with a low competition (i advice less than 50 000)

    you can repeat this proccess till you find a good one

    I would have to agree that Google keyword tool is still one of the best tools around. They have added many new features and the best thing is it is free:)

    I think google keyword tool is good, however I also strongly suggest Spyfu,it is a MUST have tool. You can see how much people are profitting from the key word and what is the latest top paying keywords everyday.

    like other answers of your question first find keywords from google adwords which is free and I see your url a very big keyword in ur url and that is mesothelioma according this you can search your keywords from tool.
    example: mesothelioma treatment, mesothelioma information, safety from mesothelioma etc. :)

    its all up to you as how much efforts you want to get onto your website...firstly try to find out a keyword..i find it through this free keyword tool and its on this URL http://www.serpanalytics.com/tools/top_keywords

    The make sure that if you are targeting a high traffic keyword then you must optimize your site in the same manner...link building, off page optimization and all..
