Need help with Joomla -Site was working but now get Joomla error page viewing the PHP

    Hi,

    Our tech guy set up a site using Joomla (www.whatcanwedotoday.co.uk). He is away on holiday and the site has gone down. I have little knowledge of content managed sites (just staight forward HTML). The site was working for a day then keeps displaying Joomla Error splash page. Nothing has been changed to the site from when it was running. I have reverted to a HTML spalsh page at the moment.

    Sorry, I realise this is all a bit vague but anyone got any ideas?

    Hey sup !
    I got an error and it seems to be very strange by the way.
    For some reason my joomla website stopped in the most strange way i have ever seen since i work with joomla about 6 months ago.

    I can load the main page "home.php" but whenever i click on a link it gone blank!!!!
    When watching the php error logs it says somethin like this :
    PHP Warning: require(includes/config.inc) [<a href='function.require'>function.require</a>]: failed to open stream:

    That file was never placed there before so .. im officially out of ideas!
    any hint ?
