Need help with Itrader and scammers question - Please help!!

Im not sure of something on the Itrader feature here. I sold some articles in the marketplace a while back and started writing for the guy who bought them. Things went fine for the sale and first article then he just dropped off the face of the earth. He emailed me a month after I sent him the invoice saying that he never received anything from me so I sent it again....another few weeks go by and today I PM'd him on here and he emailed back finally.

His email was laced with profanity and alligations that I plagerized material I sold him. This is far from true since I dont even use reference material for this subject.

He refuses to (because he cant) prove any of these alligations and I'd like to know what if any recourse I have on the DP forums.

I would like to post negative feedback for him in Itrader but I wasnt sure if that was ok to do since it wasnt specifically a sale that happened here...the relationship just originated here. If not I wanted to start a thread in the marketplace where I could paste the coorespondence between us. lol in his last email (I'll leave out the profanity) he said he "didnt care" what I posted about him on this forum. Which is strange since hes been here a lot longer than I have.

Can I go ahead and out this guy? Hes got a decent Itrader, and posts regularly but I dont want anyone else to have to go through this. Obviosuly Im not guilty of his alligations or I wouldnt risk dragging this out like I am. If it were true why would I keep sending him emails and start this thread?

I have a feeling that I cant post negative itrader and this is probably why he has a clean record. (pay for the 1st one and skip out on the ones that dont have a DP thread)

Any help or suggestions would be really appreciated.

To leave iTrader you need to have a thread which you can reference to in the form - without this you can't submit iTrader.

If he has a thread where he is hiring writers, or if you have a thread where you have offered your services, then you can leave iTrader in relation to those threads.

Otherwise leaving it for an unrelated thread would be against the rules and would be considered iTrader abuse.

 

You may only leave iTrader if you took part in a deal thread (doesn't mean posting in the thread necessarily). If your deal took place entirely off-site and wasn't related to a specific deal thread, leaving iTrader would be considered abuse and be grounds for a ban. Do not assume you can leave iTrader just because they happen to have an open BST thread. If your deal didn't start there, don't leave iTrader.

You also may not start a thread to complain about a member or deal, or to accuse someone of being a scammer. Negative feedback belongs in iTrader and the deal thread itself only.
