Need help with installing a template (module positions??)

I have installed a fresh copy of joomla 1.6, i installed Almond classifieds module, and Kunena forums module on the site so far, but have not made any modifications to either.

I installed a free theme (http://joomlathemes.co/1-6-templates/37-ebusiness), but I cannot get it to work right for the life of me!
I see all these things about module positions, including one on that templates page explaining what order modules need to be in, but when I look in my modules I dont have a single one by those names...
Did I mess up somewhere, or is there just something I am not seeing?

This is my site ohiolistit dot com so you can see what it is currently doing.
I am desperate, and dont want to let the template be the only thing hindering my progress :S
    Help is much appreciated!!

Okay so I have somewhat figured it out.
For anyone else that might have the same question as me...

If you installed the sample content, clear out your modules after installing this template (as long as you're sure its the one you want to use)..
Then click create new module, and choose the type and there's a field for position in the creation menu, click the select position button next to it, then at the top there are some dropdown boxes, go to the one that says template, and choose your template.
You can see what positions are what by looking at the diagram for your template, just choose where to put your modules!

    Relatively simple I guess.
