Buying Need Help with IE 7 & 8 Video Player Problem

    Hi All,
    I need help in simple problem for the one who knows how to deal with IE 7 and IE 8.
    The problem is simple, take a look here at http://uspinn.info
    You can see the video player there, it works in all browser except IE 7 and IE 8. If you know how to fix that, I can give you $20 to fix that. Easy money for the one who know how to fix that.
