need help with .htaccess for redirection redirection

    Please Help
    i have a trouble.
    i can create url short but after i copy and paste in the browser the result is 404 :confused:

    example
    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/newthread.php?do=newthread&f=17
    i getting short in
    to be
    http://gilacoy.co.cc/url/8ff0c47dp
    but the result is 404
    The htaccess is
    please help im so :confused:
