Hi, I have a problem with my site DNS setup. I was using blog.imessengr.com as my default blog address. I have decided to get rid of subdomain and continue with "www" as default. To my old post links continue to work I've created an A Record for "blog" pointing to Godaddy's IP address which is forwarded to my domain www.imessengr.com (Another blogs with same settings are working without promlem) I know it's working because my domain without www at the beginning is still working with this IP (@ points to Godaddy IP) and forwarded to www.imessengr.com. Now I'm getting a temporary page if I try to open blog.imessengr saying "This website is temporarily unavailable, please try again later.". It has been 4 days since I've made DNS changes and they should be already activated. I've tried to go back to old settings but I again got the same error message. I couldn't find where it came from. Screenshot is below : Shot at 2007-06-28 I've already googled for the error message but couldn't find any information. Godaddy support is not helping me because of the custom settings on DNS setup. I hope you can find a solution.
The way you did it is wrong solution. Make a subdomain in hosting and add a 301 redirect to main domain.
