Oh my GOD! Are you using frames? Sorry, but frames suck and are so outdated. But if you really like frames, you might use the <div> tag and overflow:hidden in CSS.
Try to make your site without frames. Search engines don't like them. If you're not comfortable with the div-tags you can use tables.
