Need help with forum main title. How to change?

    I am going to start learning about forum management. Just this morning I decided to try and start making a forum. So far I have uploaded one and installed a decent style. Now I am having major issues with changing the <title> name. I can not figure it out. I have been searching on Google for a while. I found a lot of suggestions, but none are easy enough for me to follow or something.

    Here is a link to my Xbox forum. You can look up at the title and see it says "yourdomain.com - Index Page. I want to change that, but can not figure it out. One common place I have read to look is the overall_header, and I looked all over there. I can not figure it out. Thank you in advance.

    If its phpbb3 here is how you will change it

    Change 'Index Page' title in phpBB3:
    1. Edit \language\en\common.php
    2. Look for: 'INDEX' => 'Index page',
    3. Change 'Index page' to your title.

    Please save files before you change anything or make a backup

    o would reckomend getting warez hosting(from me ) and then hosting vbulletin nulled (whihc i can provide) and then it would look loads better i also have an xbox 360 skin :) pm me for more details
