Need Help With Encrption Of A Wordpress Footer - Will Pay

Hi,

I've developed a wordpress theme that i am about to give away for free and would like to encrypt my links on the footer so that if someone tries to remove the links the theme will fail with a message stating that the links need to stay in order for theme to work

Can someone show me how to do this and i will happily pay you $25 for your time to create a quick guide on how to implement this ?
