Definitely. I think as 13 you're way too young to earn any serious income online, but you shouldn't entirely quit. Try to get something for yourself in the offline work and maybe invest it back into IM or just simply keep observing the Internet for opportunities. This way, by the time you become 18-20, you'll be easily earning 1-2k per month online...

Go to fiverr and start off there. AS you gain some experience and clients, build your own site for showcasing your own portfolio and go from there.
