Need help with drop down menu HTML/CSS

Hello i am trying to make my drop down list names line up. they are shifting to the left, depending on how big the word is.

Yes it worked! thank you so much! but now when i highlight and move down the list disappears?? Is there some display i didnt do right?

 

But everything seems to be working here! I hovers over main menu "Domains" and submenus are displaying properly, Nothing disappears! Explain me clearly, If i am wrong.

 

The sub menus display correctly but when I try move down the drop menu it dissapears and doesn't allow me to click it.

 

It's working correctly for me. The dropdowns don't disappear in my browser & the code seems ok. What browser are you using?

 

I'm using google chrome

 

That's what I was using too. What browser is giving you trouble (let me guess, IE?)
