I signed up for a new host, and i was given the nameservers to host a domain. I changed the nameserver names in my registerfly account. But i accidentaly mixed them up - i wrote Nameserver2 as nameserver 1, nameserver1 as nameserver 2. Is there a possiblity that because of this my domain wasn't transfered?

Nameservers change doesnt take effect immediately. Wait 24 hrs and it should work.

Changing nameservers is NOT called domain transfer.

In your case, just overwrite the current nameservers with correct ones given by host at your registerfly domain management panel and save it.

Transfer is when you take a domain name out to a registrar service other that the actual service where the name was registered.

Changing nameservers is simply called Nameserver Management, and it takes from 12 to 72 hours for fully propagation throughout the Internet.

Just do what agnivo007 suggest, wait the propagation time and if that fails submit a support ticket requesting the change.
