Need help with Design of the Blog

    People I have a website up and running but the design of the website is quite basic. I want to wake some changes in it so that the user interface will be good. In other words, I don't want my blog to be boring. The information is all good but need the reader to stay put in the website

    Please suggest some changes that I can do in it. I am also planning to use adsense on it sometime soon. In such scenario a bit better looking blog can help alot.
