Need help with delicious and a few other social bookmarking services

    When I use social bookmarking services especially delicious and a few others once I bookmaking a page putting the title and description in when I go to bookmark something else on that site it opens to a place with the old title and a place to write a description It seems like the title and so on should be the new title. Should I delete the old title and put in the new title for the new page I want to bookmark or what?
