I'm creating 6 new forum websites and I keep postponing it for weeks due to lack of time. Sites and software are in place. I need help with: - defining forums (sections) and forum categories for each site - short and longer description of the website - welcome messages - announcements to send to my mailing lists There are few topics for which it will be easy to find samples online like domains, programming, web 2.0. For some other topics it will be much harder and will involve lots of research - globalization, offshore IT outsourcing, executive headhunting, management across cultures, business management etc. I'm looking for something more than just dry categories and descriptions. New members will first see my announcement and on the website they'll see the welcome message with a short description of the site and forums and categories. Even those few short separate texts should be inspired, informal, somewhat funny... I even have some of those categories, but I will expect you to improve them a bit. It's hard to estimate the workload per forum. It's probably less than 1000 words in total per website, but you have to count that you'll have to rewrite categories at least twice. And for some of those topics you won't easily find similar forums so you'll have to spend more time researching. Let me know if you would like to do all the forums or just some of the topics and how much would you charge.
