Need Help with CMS selection.

    i want to start a product review website. I also want to enable user reviews under each review with rating functions. Which CMS is better for this purpose? I am looking for some free CMS not paid ones.

    I want to have a site such as that of Epinions.

    I was asked this earlier today. This is the slickest one I have found http://www.censura.info/ It's pretty cool.
