I have started promoting "kate's playground" by just going to spunkycash.com and taking the link codes and putting my CCBill affiliate ID in place of XXXXXXX Is that all that is needed ? Spunkycash also has a register option for affiliates, but can i promote without registering ?
You have to register first, as each ccbill sponsor has a different ID code that goes in the link, even though you log into ccbill itself with just one ID.
