Need Help with BIGMEM install

    Hi,

    I recently had a server of mine upgraded to 4gb. It only shows 3gb in top. My provider is telling me I need to install BIGMEM, and that is probably my issue. I have little to no experience with linux and I was wondering if I could pay a few bucks do have someone help me with it? Thanks for any help!!

    Is this something that can be done totally remotely? Everything I find online tells me that when the server is rebooted there will be some questions I need to answer before it boots up.

    Is there anyone else that can help? I'd prefer not to pay in advance for obvious reasons. I'm pretty reliable so you have nothing to worry about - see my itrader. Thanks!
