Need help with Aweber opt in code

Hi

I'm looking to make a graphic for a squeeze page using either Fireworks MX or Photoshop CS2. I want to insert an opt in box using Aweber's html code into the graphic. Is it possible to do this and if so how?

You will need to assign the graphic as a background to a table and then insert your optin fields in cells within the table, so they appear to sit on top of the background image. Hope this helps.
