I own an ecommerce website and I have uploaded a landing page to run affiliate offers. Since this site was uploaded via FTP GetClicky and Google Analytics will not track the visitors landing on this page. What analytics program will work on this landing page and show us the visitors viewing the page and the unique affilaite IDs we have placed on the URLs associated with the traffic from our affiliates.
IMHO the fact that the site was uploaded with FTP has nothing to do with the fact that Google Analytics can track its visitors. FTP is the usual way to upload the pages of a site. To get GA to track your visitors, you have to include GA code in your pages.
