Buying Need help with adding keywords and meta description.

    I have 2 sites (in my signature) my problem is neither of them seem to have a meta description and no keywords, i bought these sites a few months ago, they run on wp and i have no idea on which are the best keywords to pick and how and where do i add through admin panel, i am willing to pay the right person for this help.
