Need Help with Ad Placement!

I am trying different things to put ads on my new forum. I currently placeds 3 img ads between each post, and I have the ad in the header.

Does it look bad to have that ad up there in the header, or is that a good spot?

Also, how do the ads between the posts look, are they too distracting?

I think they are fine, they don't seem to take anything away from the pages.
