Need help with a Joomla navigation bar

    Please email me a quote to do the following

    Design a navigation bar for a joomla website that will do the following:

    Design 1.Each link will be a basketball and when mouse over occurs the basketball starts spinning.


    Design 2. Each link will be a basketball hoop and when mouse over occurs a basketball will appear and go into the hoop, then when the link is click a swsh sounds will occur.
