Hello NewCamz, You might be genuine, the site where you want to register might also be genuine, but the thing is that nobody will risk their CC paying for a third person! hmm... many issues may or may not can arise in future like for eg: reoccuring payments for the paid services etc. If a CC is must for the registration then I would suggest, that you get yourself a VCC and pay with that, many online VCC services are available or even you can get it from your local banks. Hello NewCamz, Nobody will be willing to expose their CC for a third person transaction even if you pay $4 extra then again there will be a PayPal fees reduction from the whole amount i.e $24 that you had send to the person who will pay on your behalf from his/her CC which is not feasible or worth taking a risk. I am sure VCC Visa card will help you out for CC requirement, if not then request the forum admin to take payment for membership as PayPal. Hope it will solve your needs. Regards, Gonzo
