Hello everyone. First of all I would like to say that I hope I am posting this in the correct place. Also that I have tried getting help from vBulletin and the other script I'm using and support and forum support $uck$. So I am here asking these questions because this seems to be the only place I get real help. I have a few question for a couple of my sites, if you can help with any I would greatly appreciate it. One of my main problems is facebook log ins for 2 of my sites. The first site is built with vB Publisher Suite, 4.0.7,. I just can not get the FB connect working. I have been trying, reading, posting in forums, and just can't get it. I have created the app at FB developers page and added my id's in my vB admin section and have activated them. I am not sure what they mean by the connect URL. I do not see that option any more in the edit settings section for the app. I have watched youtube videos for it but those options are not there any more. another thing is the canvas page and canvas URL. I'm not sure of the difference but I entered a canvas page name as I chose and edited the canvas URL to the apps page url. I am pretty sure I have everything set up correctly in the app settings but I guess I could be wrong, well I guess I must be... I am also having the same problem with an arcade that I just set up. It uses avarcade script. Many people on their forum having the same problem but the script owner mentions that not everybody is having the problem so he pretty much doesn't care. I have created that app the same way and added my settings into the script admin panel. When I try to log in with FB it says error. My last problem is with vB CMS optional URL for the homepage. I want my sites home page to be example.com/ not example.com/content/1-the-front-page I have set up the Mod Rewrite Friendly URLs and I have tried this but it says to create those pages and add them to the main directory but there are already files with those names. I have tried to edit the content and even just overwrite those pages with the content that the link I posted above suggests. Nothing works. The closest I have got is the the actual url pointing to example.com like I want but I get an error when I go to the site. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Sorry for the sloppy post and if there are a bunch of misspelled words lol
