Need help with a buyer claim (paypal)

Hello,
So i signed up for a person (at some other forum) for a trainn site
He paid me $35 for signup
I am not sure why the account went red (they didn't count me his referrral)
He issued a claim against me
he posted these 2 message

open a dispute first first then esclated it to a claim in 1 min (didn't even give me a chance to post any message)

so now what do i do
when he paid mel he said nothing about staying green, he just said complete this offer

when i go to this complaint and click on resolve complaint


none of the option relate to my situtation

what am i suppose to do?
any channce of me winning?
*i thoough paypal protection policy didn't cover digital stuff

Ignore it you have 75% chance of winning that case.

 

U cant do anything,just select tracking info option and explain them all the details.Good luck.

very simple......... just remove those $35 from your account as they would not be on temporary hold..........

they might take that money out of my bank account

 

no they cannot take the money out of your bank....
