Need help with a .bin file

This file represents a game that is played on its handheld device. Your score is then turned into "jolts". There is a multiplier I assume that determines the jolt rewards based upon your game score. I want to try and modify this multiplier so the "jolts" rewarded are alot more. Can this be done?

yes, it can be done. but I think you will need a good disassembler or at least an hex editor.
